The gluten-free pizza dough didn't appeal to me, the edges of the pizza were too big and left without toppings, the dough was rubbery... I know it's not easy to make a good dough with gluten-free flours, but sometimes it's better to stick with pre-cooked bases if the alternative has to be this, according to my tastes of course.
