I travel a lot for work and while in the city I had dinner two evenings at this restaurant. The staff is very young, friendly, and kind. Both times I had an appetizer, the trio of montanarine (very good), a pasta dish, the spaghetti alla n'erano (very good, although the first time they forgot the provolone del Monte), and dessert (a very good cheesecake). This was all accompanied by a focaccia because they don’t have packaged bread. Delicious. And if this is the base for the GF pizzas, then I imagine those must be excellent too! The portions are quite large. Good value for quality/quantity/price. Additionally, another rare aspect is that GF dishes do not have a markup!

I tried the gluten-free pizza from Madison - Pizza & Ristò and I must say it was an excellent experience! The quality of the pizza is great, with a light dough that is hard to find in gluten-free options. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality, and you can feel the care in the preparation, done in a dedicated oven specifically to avoid contamination. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable with my dietary needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great gluten-free pizza!

For a small city like Avellino, finding a place where someone who is "celiac" can feel at "home" and eat 90% of the menu is truly a significant added value, especially with the utmost attention to avoid contamination. They definitely make the best gluten-free pizza in Avellino and surrounding areas, skillfully prepared by the pizzaiolo Angelo in a dedicated and separate oven. The first and second courses, as well as the gluten-free croquettes, are also excellent. Keep it up!

The gluten-free first and second courses are also excellent: I tried the fried chicken cutlet and gluten-free croquettes. The spaghetti with clams is exceptional… better than those with gluten and with plenty of clams (which is rare). Keep it up!

We had dinner in the garden and the environment is large and comfortable. The pizzas are great and the Gluten Free options have nothing to envy compared to the regular dishes.

Delicious pizzas: tasty and super digestible. Fast and welcoming service, despite being a large group. The frittatina alla nerano was also good, creamy inside and crispy outside. Top gluten-free options.

We went to this pizzeria on Sunday evening after calling because my girlfriend recently discovered she has an intolerance to gluten and lactose, and we wanted to make sure they could serve us. We arrive, and an unauthorized parking attendant, not affiliated with the establishment, extorts a euro from us and hassles us. I believe the venue should report this irregularity, but that's fine. We enter, get seated right away, and a very kind waitress takes our order. After an hour of waiting, our pizzas arrive: one gluten-free and lactose-free with mozzarella, ham, and zucchini flowers, and a regular white pizza with yellow cherry tomatoes. We only have water to drink. The taste and texture were good. The bill was fair. The wait was too long; the place wasn’t full, and we noticed some people were served before us. The downside was that during the night, we both experienced stomach heaviness from the pizzas and nearly fell asleep when it was time to wake up. Having eaten only the pizzas (with lunch at 12:30 consumed lightly in the mountains), it can only be attributed to the pizza that caused us these issues. The suggestion is to pay more attention; in the future, we would like to give the restaurant another chance.

The pizza was excellent, we also got a croquette, the only thing was it was served on a huge transparent plate, very poor presentation, the gluten-free pizza I tried was delicious.

Good pizza both in dough and ingredients. Different doughs including gluten-free. The service is not great (long wait time, it seemed they had forgotten about us. Same thing when we asked for a second round of beers). High prices (4 pizzas, 5 beers, 1 side of fries, 2 desserts from Sal De Riso) 95 euros.

Great solution for all tastes and preferences. Pizza doughs for gluten intolerants, with natural yeast as well as with different grains. Varied menu also for starters, main courses, and side dishes. Spacious indoor and outdoor seating in summer. The only issue is that during busy times, you may face longer waits than expected.

Stopped by after searching for a place in the back of Rome to have dinner. The pizzas were very good, especially the gluten-free ones, but the arancini were not up to par. The place needs some "fixing up," both the interior and the entrance. The staff and service were excellent. They kindly accommodated us at 6:30 PM on a Saturday and served us shortly on the very large terrace at the back overlooking the spacious and convenient public parking. Location 7. Value for money 7.

I have been to this place several times and I always found it quite good: friendly and professional staff, excellent products, and convenient options for gluten-free products. However, during my last visit, I was a bit disappointed: for the first time, I ordered takeaway pizzas from this pizzeria and the staff was rather distant and inattentive. I will definitely return, especially to verify if it was an isolated incident.
