Recently, prices have slightly increased, but there is still the option to pay with the celiac voucher. Every euro spent here is well invested for those looking for fresh gluten-free products and not the usual packaged items!

I should mention that I have been gluten intolerant for a year and no baked goods have ever satisfied me like Fabrizio's; very good rolls, there is a wide choice. Soft sandwich bread, it stays fresh even for 3 days. As for the pastries, the products are exceptional. I chose Fabrizio for my graduation cake and it was the best choice I could make, a soft base with lactose-free cream that I didn't think could be so good. Buying Fabrizio's products is a pleasure for the palate!

I found myself here by chance and I took a piece of bread, one of the ugliest I've ever eaten! Bread made only of crumbs, I had difficulty even slicing it. A slice of pizza not cooked well, almost raw. By the way, a piece of half a kilo of bread and the slice of pizza cost 9 euros. Very kind staff.

A simple shop environment, but it is the content of the fresh counter that is superb. Sweet and savory, traditional and not, made really well.. very courteous staff who advises and helps with choices.

I went to this bakery for two reasons. The first was because I obviously wanted to taste their delights. The second was because, being from the province of Avellino, I absolutely had to go there, and I must say that it is now the best bakery in the area. I can say this because, always from my point of view, I have tasted both their savory and sweet products. Everything is delicious. From bread to fried goods to various types of pastries. Working to make gluten-free products tasty and light requires double the professionalism, which I want to highlight, even with simple reviews, for those who know how to do it. Additionally, the kindness found in the establishment is a bonus.

Good products and a wide variety of them, excellent bread and stuffed pizzette, stellar croissants especially if freshly baked. The service lacks a bit; it should be better organized. It's absurd that two people behind the counter focus only on the current customer. As for the environment, it's a bit too Spartan and bare; sometimes the aesthetics matter too, and honestly, it doesn't hurt. Regarding the location, unfortunately, it's located on a busy avenue that is poorly maintained by local administrators, with holes in the sidewalk and lack of parking. But all this is not the bakery's fault. A good point of reference for gluten-intolerant people....

I tried various sandwiches and then the small pizzas, the assorted savory pastries, the Neapolitan rolls and I found them light and digestible, crumbly and tasty... I will return soon to taste the rest.

Having to go to Avellino for work reasons, after doing a little research on Google we discovered Fabrizio's gluten-free bakery. Upon entering, we were enveloped by a delightful aroma, a genuine scent of home. We were welcomed by Fabrizio and a lady, both very polite, kind, and ready to answer all our questions and meet every request. We found many delicious things, all strictly gluten and lactose-free, made in-house, which they bake fresh every day. For once, we were able to choose instead of having to settle, as is often the case. Top-quality ingredients, attention to detail, research, and a lot of passion. As we left, in the true spirit of Avellinese hospitality, they also prepared a snack for us to enjoy during the journey. This is Fabrizio's Gluten-Free Bakery. A beautiful discovery, and above all, delicious!!! Highly recommended!!!
