Great gelato, well-trained and attentive staff. The gluten-free cones are sealed, and before serving me, they washed their hands and changed the scoop, taking the gelato from the new side of the tub.

Finally, my wife was able to enjoy an excellent gluten-free ice cream without having to worry about explaining how to avoid contamination. The staff was well-prepared and competent.
