Great restaurant, attentive and detail-oriented service, wide selection of gluten-free dishes. The gluten-free pizza is really good, thin, with a low crust, but soft. One recommendation: it's better to book gluten-free dough at the time of reservation.

Five stars all around. I find that often pizzerias do one thing or another well, but here both the pizzas and the restaurant dishes are top-notch! This time we ordered pizzas; you can choose from various doughs (traditional, whole wheat, multigrain, Roman pinsa, gluten-free), all well thought out and flavorful. The pizza is well-leavened and well-cooked, with an airy crust, light and very digestible. We also had exceptional mountain gnocchi. While eating, you see dishes being served from other tables that make your mouth water. Generous portions at moderate prices. The environment is well-kept and very spacious. The staff is courteous and helpful. In the outdoor garden, there are also playgrounds for children. I recommend booking in advance because it is often fully booked, especially on weekends. For the pizza, not all types of dough are always available, so it's best to ask at the time of booking. I can't wait to return.

I stopped for lunch during a trip in the area.. as a celiac, I felt great! I could choose from various dishes and I will return to try the gluten-free pizza they make with sourdough!! I noticed on the list an excellent artisanal gluten-free beer!! The bar counter.. wonderful! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about celiac disease!

Always a guarantee. Courtesy, attention to guests, and expertise. The kitchen is always evolving and seeking new and never trivial flavors, products, and combinations. The bartender is very skilled with a cocktail list that revisits the classics and proposes innovations. Recommended also for gluten-free diets, with a special mention for the truly excellent gnocchi di malga (gluten free)!

Typical restaurant of the area. It was my first time and I was very satisfied. Gnocchi from the alpine (sbatui), tortelloni, semifreddo, and tiramisu. A lot of options for those who are gluten intolerant, very skilled and friendly waiters. The decor is very minimal but appealing. Fair prices. Congratulations, I will definitely return!

A very popular restaurant, with a gluten-free menu and, upon request, gluten-free pizza with sourdough. In a place where it is still difficult to find gluten-free options, it is an oasis of delicious treats. Prices are reasonable.
