Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered two pizzas to share with my partner, and both were underseasoned and made with little care... However, I must say that the staff was very attentive and kind.

We have been going to eat pizza for years, especially the gluten-free one. I have tried many in Turin and around Italy, and I must say it has always been good, but the last times they have outdone themselves; it's excellent, thin, obviously well-topped, and it makes you want to eat a second one! At Locale AIC, the owner's availability, the possibility of eating gluten-free pasta, and gluten-free breading. I recommend off-menu dishes based on the season: fried mushrooms and braised deer on a chestnut puree, FANTASTIC...

I was a customer of Bargiglio Rosso years ago and I enjoyed their pizza, but this evening I returned to try their gluten-free pizza. What can I say? Fantastic! Good, light, soft, fluffy... huge! Congratulations really for the care and attention you give to your "special" customers like me, in advising us on which dishes we can share with others (for example, the fries, safe and without contamination) and which foods we unfortunately have to give up (for example, lemon sorbet). We will definitely return, and I will not fail to recommend it to others, intolerant like me or celiac, as it is an AIC restaurant, hence recognized and certified.

We ate two gluten menus and two gluten-free ones. From the gluten-free menu, we tasted the margherita pizza (with thin crust and quality ingredients), the cutlet (gigantic and tasty), and the fried potatoes (round-cut with super crispy skin): rating 10 with honors... The other two gluten menus tried two amazing seafood pasta dishes (with fresh fish) 💯 We will definitely return 🤗❤️

Incredibly light and tasty gluten-free pizza, the new dough is truly exceptional. I have never eaten such a good gluten-free pizza; visually and in taste, it resembles a "normal" pizza with perfect cooking. Truly worth trying. Excellent service, punctual, attentive, and fast.
