I had a gluten-free pizza, good ingredients, but the dough was nothing special, leaning towards a bread flavor. They only have Peroni beer; a pizzeria with AIC certification should have much more variety in 2023.

I don't know, some time ago the pizzas were amazing, but then they lost some quality over time... Definitely worth trying again!

The pizzas are good, but I think it is important to highlight that for the ketogenic dough, a specific phone request must be made. We specified that we had a diabetic, but that was not enough, and at dinner time, we found ourselves dealing with an uncomfortable situation. Fortunately, the staff managed to find a base. The waiting times are a bit long, but the doughs are very good, even the keto one that contains 4 carbohydrates in total. Cereal and gluten-free bases are also available (with a special oven).
