Even just for the location, it's worth a quick visit to this restaurant... the food is excellent, and the super courtesy and friendliness of the owners complete the experience. Great variety of gluten-free dishes prepared on the spot and very delicious.

Nothing to say about the excellent quality of the cuisine and the ingredients. Regarding our experience: a welcome drink was brought to all the tables around us, but not to us. As for the gluten-free options: they did not have fresh gluten-free pasta, they brought me packaged bread. It's not a bad restaurant, but I won't go back because the prices are high, the portions are small, and the gluten-free choice is limited.

First part: the restaurant. Traditional Piedmontese food that is very good and well-prepared, served with kindness and professionalism. Spectacular lamb chops breaded with hazelnut crumbs. Prices are more than fair for both the food and the wines. Second part: gluten-free. Almost all the same dishes are cooked with greater attention to contamination and with the added value that gluten-free flours can bring to the dishes when skillfully mixed (first and foremost, the lightness provided by rice flour in fried foods, as the Japanese teach). Same prices and no industrial pre-packaged item on the table to obtain the gluten-free mark or to appease one's conscience. Congratulations and thank you for the beautiful evening.
