After reading the reviews about Gluto, I had very high expectations, which were quite disappointed. On the gluten-free aspect, I would say the experience was positive, although I would not recommend the seada (I don’t know who they source from, but for 8 euros there are much better and higher quality Seadas in Sardinia). The negative note is the prices that are too high and the portions that are really minimal (20 euros for 4 gluten-free Culurgiones is madness). Besides all this, I find it quite unpleasant to offer the gluten-free guttiau bread as a substitute for gluten-free bread, without specifying that it has to be paid for separately (8 euros). I’m sorry to say it, but it’s a place that is too touristy and I certainly won't be returning.

We were not familiar with the location Araxi 'e mari.. to be honest, we were looking for a place where a celiac person could eat, and we were quite satisfied. You can admire the cooking of meats with an outdoor barbecue path. Good food, reasonable portions, and friendly staff. A la carte menu where you can choose between meat and fish. I recommend it.

For us, a certainty for years now. Reservation is recommended, especially on weekends and if you want typical dishes! Excellent cuisine that pays attention to details. Even a "simple" sausage or grilled cuttlefish is made special by the choice of raw materials, the careful selection of firewood, and the skilled cooking. A bit slow in service, especially on peak nights, with a varied selection at the table. Highly recommended are the lotoghittas with seafood and mountain, the culurgiones, and the mixed grilled fish or meat! Prices are slightly high but in line with the quality. They have a certified menu for celiacs.

First time, after searching on Google Maps for a restaurant that served both meat and fish. From the very first phone call, I noticed their willingness to take the reservation, even though they had almost a full house. This situation occurred in almost all the restaurants in Villasimius and the surrounding area, but here they managed the space and tables well. The restaurant is set in a context close to the countryside, just behind the streets leading to the sea. It is very easy to reach even for those staying in Villasimius. There is an outdoor grill where they cook in front of everyone, and the kitchen is visible, where I noticed the cleanliness and diligence of the staff. The service was fast despite the numerous covers. The food was good, well-cooked, and flavorful. There is a possibility to find zero-km food and options for celiacs and gluten intolerant individuals. The SPAGHETTI ALLO SCOGLIO was superb! I hadn't seen such a well-made dish in a long time: there was more fish than pasta!!!! PERFECT!!! Generous portions. Well-structured and well-supplied restrooms. I will definitely have another meal if I return to the area!!!! Thank you.

Ideal location for a summer dinner, carefully curated details, very clean, excellent welcome, friendly and courteous staff. The gluten-free organization is very good, the menu is well curated with excellent variety, respecting traditional Sardinian flavors. Our expectations were fully met.

Characteristic restaurant in a quiet area with convenient free parking. Well-curated typical Sardinian menu (wide selection of gluten-free products), excellent quality food, young and helpful staff. Prices in line with the products offered. I give one star less for the 45-minute wait for two first courses due to a forgetfulness that I had to point out. However, being just after Ferragosto, it can happen, and I am sure that if I return, everything will run smoothly given the good customer care; it would have been nice to receive a discount or a complimentary digestive. I will definitely return if I pass by here. Thank you.

It has been three years since I have had the pleasure of dining at Araxi 'e mari, and as always, they confirm their excellent standard. Everything is very good, both the seafood and meat menus, with a perfectly cooked suckling pig. They also have a gluten-free menu for all dishes. Congratulations!
