A very characteristic, beautiful place with excellent food, where the meeting of tradition, modernity, and good taste is felt as soon as you enter. The service is taken care of by two exceptional people, friendly, prepared, and professional girls—rare qualities all together: very rare! Risottos prepared on the spot with a visible kitchen, with pre-cooked items! Their homemade giardiniera is noteworthy: spectacular, delicate, and not too strong. Excellent and unique cured meats; I note the presence of garlic in some, which I find exquisite, but it depends on personal taste. Congratulations to everyone! They opened their product shop just for us (there were three of us), incredibly kind! In short, an experience to try for those who love genuine and sincere things. They also have another restaurant; I recommend both. Celiacs, go with confidence; they are certified and even have homemade bread and gnocchi suitable for you.

Ferron Rice Restaurant, their risotto is a guarantee. A charming environment where the history of this rice field can be felt. Super kind and helpful staff. Fixed menu consisting of appetizer, 3 risottos, and 1 dessert based on the day's offerings. Completely gluten-free as they only use rice flour. I informed them I was vegan and they prepared an entire menu for me, all very tasty and of high quality.

It had been a while since I last came here. Now they have a nice outdoor seating area by the small lake. The risotto with Amarone is excellent, and the rice polenta is good too. The mixed flour gluten-free sandwiches are also delicious. The cantucci with recioto and the semifreddo with amaretto are great. Everything is accompanied by excellent wines. Additionally, we were hosted by the great host Gabriele Ferron.
