Absolutely Fantastic Gluten Free. Finally, a place that gives the right attention to gluten-free options. From the very first bite, you can sense the care in the preparation of the dough, soft yet crunchy, both for the pizza and the bread, made with special flours. The dough is very light, which is hard to find in gluten-free. I will definitely return to try more.

Absolutely recommended! Excellent pinsa... excellent dough... very light! It stands out from the usual pre-packaged doughs. Registered AIC: the gluten-free pinsa is also excellent. Good and abundant appetizer.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! You can find friendliness, availability, and kindness there, especially in the passion they put into their work, which is reflected in everything they do and serve at the table. I recommend it also for lunch, for a quick meal during a work break! ONLY TOP!!!!
