I hadn't eaten so much in a restaurant since my celiac diagnosis. A restaurant where you feel at home, offering tasting menus of typical Piedmont dishes of various kinds (classic, agnolotti, mixed fried, etc.), both gluten-free and with gluten. The owner pays great attention to gluten-free options and any needs, passionately describing his dishes and even sharing recipes. Highly recommended!

Prepare your stomach because the classic menu will take you through the traditional Piedmontese dishes, all gluten-free, of course. Special mention for the agnolotti and the veal tonnato in the old-fashioned way. I have symptoms but had no issues here.

Very beautiful and rustic place. We had the mixed fried menu - the dishes are exquisite! Generous portions and if there's any left, you can take it home. The chef was very attentive to gluten-free options and the staff was very courteous!

With family for a birthday. Arrived at 12 as requested, with a person who is gluten intolerant. They brought the appetizers almost immediately, but the bread and wine arrived after we had finished the appetizers. Water was already on the table and warm. The vitello tonnato was made of pork loin with sauce (a different and cheaper dish than stated). Nothing to say about the quality, but I would only give two stars for service; I don't want to be pampered, but there are basic things. Asked for a second serving of agnolotti... pretended not to hear. The quality/quantity/price ratio is a bit high. Paid in cash without a receipt. It was the second time I went there; I noticed that new customers are taken care of and served better.

As a celiac, I often struggle to enjoy traditional regional dishes... but not here!! The menus are offered entirely gluten-free or not, and it's not mandatory for the whole table to take the same menu... not even if there are two of you!! I was very happy!! Warm and lively atmosphere, which almost made me feel like I was in a movie! A place where you don't leave hungry!!!

I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant by choosing the "classic" menu. I was very impressed by the quality and goodness of the dishes, especially the gluten-free agnolotti and the cremino for dessert. Everything was truly superb, including the very friendly and helpful staff. I will return soon to try the mixed fried dish.

Excellent as always, attentive and competent staff. The gluten-free kitchen allows you to taste the famous dishes of Piedmontese cuisine, all prepared by them. We will return!
