The only place where you can be sure to eat a delicious gluten-free Elephant Ear. The kitchen is also good, with gluten-free pasta and steaks.

One of the most interesting places to taste their specialty, the elephant ear (or the smaller orecchietta) gluten-free. Quality is their strong point.

Very good dishes, although the pasta is not offered in a gluten-free version. I absolutely recommend the elephant ear (large breaded cutlets) and you can choose a side dish.

Safety and a wide choice for gluten-free food (I am celiac). The food is excellent and prepared according to AiC guidelines. The portions are generous. The environment is comfortable and pleasant. The staff is kind and helpful. The prices are a bit high (42 euros for an appetizer, a first course, and a bottle of water), but I don't mind paying a little more for quality service and safety.

I often go there to enjoy a delicious gluten-free elephant ear paired with a good wine (the wine list isn't very extensive but the quality is good).

Small restaurant in the central area of Varese. The strong dish of the place is the elephant ears (500g) or the version with orecchiette (250g), either plain or with various flavors. Also available in a gluten-free version. More than fair quality-price ratio.

We returned for lunch today, the food is always excellent, the place is well-kept and welcoming. The only downside was the waiter who took our order today: when asked questions, including one about my lactose intolerance, he always responded with a convinced "I have no idea," without even further exploring. We will return anyway, the rest of the staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
