Really excellent gluten-free pizza dough, light. The only thing is that not all pizzas are replicable gluten-free and they have a separate list with 5/6 options, there isn't much choice and if you ask for variations they get annoyed (or at least that was my experience)

A very pleasant experience. The new staff, who came in after the change of management, have made the atmosphere definitely more welcoming and enjoyable. The pizza is really good, made with carefully selected high-quality ingredients. They even have different types of dough, including gluten-free pizza and the Fabbrica pizza, prepared with an extremely thin 'sfoglia' dough, which is one of the most original offerings on the menu. We will happily return soon!

The restaurant features a modern and welcoming environment, with a well-curated design that combines industrial and traditional elements. It is suitable for both quick lunches and dinners in company. The selection of pizzas is wide, with light and digestible doughs, including gluten-free options and alternative flours like kamut. In addition to pizzas, appetizers, salads, and artisanal desserts are available. The space is large and clean, and there are usually available seats. The price is average for the category, and the staff is very kind.

A beautiful pizzeria in the heart of Varese, exactly on the main street, in a pedestrian area. If you arrive by car, you need to park outside the pedestrian zone on the blue lines or in the nearby Sempione parking lot on Via Marcello Benedetto. In any case, a nice walk through the main street is refreshing, both before and after eating. The place is clean and well-kept, with the option to dine outdoors. The staff is very friendly, the girls always have a smile and are ready to assist with any questions or requests. The pizzeria offers different types of dough: Original and Organic Wholemeal for thin and crunchy pizzas; Regina for thick and soft pizzas; GlutenOK, which means gluten-free dough. For the latter, it's not guaranteed safe for celiacs (I assume due to possible contamination). The ingredients for the pizzas are varied and of high quality. In addition to pizzas, they offer pasta, salads, and appetizers (buffalo mozzarella, burrata, cured meats, and cheeses). This is the second time we've ordered takeout pizzas because we enjoyed them so much the first time. The only "inconvenience," whether it’s the heat or the dough, was the classic thirst during digestion. I will expand the review when we dine in. In the photos, there is a Regina Margherita (Regina dough) and a Margherita with GlutenOK dough.

A pleasant atmosphere in the center of Varese. Gluten and gluten-free pizza. Always fresh toppings. My favorite is the Original pizza. Also craft beers for every taste. Prices are reasonable. I recommend it.

I have been going to this place for a few years to enjoy a nice gluten-free pizza. I find it one of the best in the center of Varese. The venue is simple, the service is average, although over the years I have rarely seen the same staff for long. Despite this, I always go back gladly; the only small drawback for me is the gluten-free desserts. There isn't much choice, and those I have tried have always been just decent. Another positive point is the presence of a changing table for changing babies.
