It's not clear which foods are prepared gluten-free... the first waiter told us that the girl could have anything made gluten-free, then she's told the exact opposite... all the fried foods are contaminated, ravioli only with wheat...

Perhaps the only sushi I've tried so far that gives me confidence. Upon arrival, just specify that you are celiac, and they bring gluten-free soy sauce and a separate menu to mark the dishes. Dishes are served always specifying that they are gluten-free, with the possibility of modifying dishes that originally have gluten to make them gluten-free. The only downside is the lack of allergen information on dishes containing surimi (as far as I know, they always contain gluten).

Allergens are indicated on the menu and if you inform the staff about celiac disease, they can recommend suitable dishes and prepare them separately.

Very attentive regarding celiac disease and especially contamination; they also informed me that they use teriyaki sauce on the grill which contains gluten, so it would be better to avoid the skewers. Allergens on the menu are well indicated, but I recommend always asking the staff. Sushi and price are average.
