Excellent fraschetta, quality food, abundant and well prepared, we opted for the full menu at 21 euros per person with mixed cold cuts, fantastic porchetta from Ariccia, mixed cheeses, bruschetta, Roman tripe, beans, and pork rind. A first course of choice from the Roman classics, I really enjoyed the perfect and sublime amatriciana. Included in the menu is a 1/4 of local red or white wine and delicious house desserts. There is also a gluten-free complete menu for 26 euros with excellent pasta. The two internal dining rooms are quite large, but they lacked a bit of good ventilation; the air was a bit stale due to the numerous customers; there were also split air conditioners, but they were off. The staff is friendly and quick, very helpful, including one of the owners who attended to us during lunch. I recommend it for excellent value for money. Centrally located in Ariccia, a beautiful village in the Roman Castles.

We chose this fraschetta for the gluten-free option, and we were all happily satisfied. Courteous and attentive, we had a lovely evening enjoying good food. Approved even by the most demanding family members. We chose between the 20€ menu, which includes a rich appetizer, a first course, dessert, wine, and water, and the 25€ menu, which adds the option of a second course with a side and tripe in the appetizer... We will definitely return.

Typical local tavern, with very good and fresh food. There are two menus available, alternatively you can choose dishes from the menu, with many options. Fast service, very nice and warm place. The staff is very welcoming, especially the owner. The only downside is that they don't have gluten-free fried dishes, but it's perfectly fine without them.

I was very pleased to discover this fraschetta suitable for celiacs. I chose one of the two fixed-price menus, but you can also order from the à la carte menu. The gluten-free appetizer consists solely of cold cuts and cheeses from the regular appetizer and is served on separate trays. The bruschetta is made with Shaer bread. All pasta dishes are available gluten-free, as well as the main courses and sides, except for the French fries. There is only one dessert option, which is panna cotta.

On the occasion of my birthday, we went to the "Fraschetta dai Fratelli." Welcoming atmosphere. I chose this place having a daughter with celiac disease and reading the great reviews. Very tasty appetizer, the photos speak for themselves. Fresh ingredients. Impeccable service. The cacio e pepe was a bit too salty the first time we went. But I returned a few days later, and talking to the manager, he explained that sometimes it's the aged pecorino cheese. He offered it to me again. Excellent. Honest prices. Great for those with celiac disease. They are not deprived of anything.
