Beautiful location in a very characteristic village. AIC certified for gluten-free, which is very rare around here! Since my wife is celiac, we are always looking for GF places in the area. We were happily surprised by the quality of the raw materials and the dough of the pizzas and focaccias. The gluten-free focaccia, like an abundant bruschetta appetizer, was such that I personally tasted it, and I must say it is one of the few times I didn't notice substantial differences from the glutenous dough. Then the pizzas arrived, the GF one, a margherita with smoked provola and pepper, plus 2 glutenous ones, from a simple margherita to a gourmet with yellow tomatoes, anchovies, olives, and capers. Nothing to say, our pizzas were excellent and the gluten-free was great, hard to distinguish from the regular dough. The staff was very kind, quick, and knowledgeable...we are nearby...we will definitely return! Reservation recommended.

Immersed in a beautiful village, this place turned out to be a real discovery! As a celiac, I was looking for a pizzeria that combined great attention to detail and flavor, and I must say I was more than satisfied! The gluten-free pizza was amazing and made with top-quality ingredients. Prepared and baked in a separate kitchen. The "gluten" pizzas were also a true spectacle for the eyes and palate! The location is really beautiful and evocative, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend making a reservation in advance. Congratulations!

I am celiac and have tried gluten-free pizzas almost everywhere, even in London, where I live, and there are many Italians making great gluten-free pizzas, but none compare to Bas & Co.'s. It was undoubtedly the best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. The dough was spectacular, light, flavorful, well-cooked, with a crust that rivals (in fact, it might be even better!) that of traditional pizza. One of my relatives (non-celiac) confirmed it was even better than his! The ingredients are of the highest quality, from fior di latte to fresh zucchini flowers, truffle, sausage... Every bite was a delight! Plus, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. The location is beautiful, with a view of the valley and a rustic, cozy interior that makes the experience even more special. If you are celiac or simply love pizza done right, this place is a rare gem. Thank you, Bas & Co... I will dream of your pizza until I return!
