The pizza isn't bad. If you want to, you could stop for lunch at their pastry shop across the street, but it seems that annoys them. I asked them to heat up the pizza and they brought it to me practically cold. What a shame. It wouldn't take much.

Dedicated gluten-free laboratory of a pastry shop located across the street. Limited choice but definitely of excellent quality. Croissant and small pastries are very good. Must try.

I give a star to the barista because it’s not the first time she takes the order in a huffy manner, and if you ask for gluten-free, she huffs in your face. Anyway, the pastries are excellent.

Regarding gluten-free pastry, and not the classic one. This pastry shop adheres to food waste with the app too good to go, and today for the third time, despite the full counter, they made me make a wasted trip. The owner told me that they had sold the unsold items, and he absolutely wouldn't give me the fresh items (so did he sell yesterday's goods passing them off as fresh?) The pick-up time was 19:30 to 20:30 and I was waiting outside, so at 19:32 at the latest, I was there. Today's items will be sold tomorrow as fresh... Anyway, the problem is that having a business that adheres to this, he also foisted a series of items on me, staying silent when I told him I knew very well how it works. Maybe the normal pastry shop will be great, but be careful with the gluten-free.

It's a pity there is less than one star because I would have given a rating lower than that. I booked a cake over the phone, asking for a millefoglie, and right from the start, it seemed like I had asked for a 12-tier wedding cake. That should have been a sign that there was a problem with their competence. We had an appointment at noon and upon collecting the cake, they told us that due to a misunderstanding, the cake wasn't as requested. We ended up with a gluten-free cake, and obviously annoyed, we complained, but since it's a historic pastry shop, we trusted them. However, we reached the peak of anger when we tasted the cake and it was inedible. The same thing happened with the pastries we bought, some of which were sour. A terrible experience that ruined my wife's birthday as well. The ridiculous price of these low-quality products completes the completely negative review.

A sweet memory, this is all that remains for me from when I was little and my mother would bring me here for a snack. The misadventure begins on Saturday. I stop by to ask for gluten-free products for the following day, and the waitress assures me that a reservation won't be needed if we arrive at 9 am. So far, so good; we say goodbye and leave. Sunday morning, precisely at 9, we are at the small gluten-free shop, where the man across the counter immediately asks us, "But didn't you make a reservation?..." We explain what we were told, and he, very accommodating, manages to take care of us. Therefore, we stop at the main activity to have breakfast, we enter, order, and settle outside in the dehor. After 2 minutes, we go back inside because it’s too cold, and we cross paths with the waitress who was coming out with the tray (the same one who said a reservation was unnecessary). We ask her to stay inside, apologizing for the change of plans; I hold the door for her to help with the tray, and she huffs behind us... We start consuming breakfast, and after a few minutes, another waitress flings open the front door (have I already mentioned that we came back in because of the cold?). To make matters worse, she starts smoking right at the threshold, and as can be seen from the photo, when a customer comes in, they are served with a cigarette in hand. In the end, feeling cold, we pay and leave. I ended up saying goodbye with a 'see you later,' which was a mistake. Oh sorry, I almost forgot that this was supposed to be a review of the products consumed as well. We ordered a croissant, a cream-filled doughnut, and a ring cake. Average. A suggestion for the owners: select and train the staff carefully; it’s not enough for them to all say "dear" and "darling."

Ancient tradition of Avezzanese pastry... now also gluten-free

Close to the center of Avezzano, a historic place with good pastry and chocolate products from top brands. At Christmas and Easter, panettone, nougat, and colombe, both artisanal and from well-known brands. 5 stars because it is still the only place in Avezzano offering a good assortment (doughnuts, bomboloni, tiramisù, cake slices) gluten-free... Frozen but good products... The ricotta and pear tart is excellent. There are also good alternative offers for lactose intolerant individuals, with lactose-free or soy milk.
