A very nice and well-kept restaurant, particularly attentive to cross-contamination. Open for lunch during the week and for dinner. Practically the entire menu is replicable gluten-free. In the evening, they have a wide choice of gluten-free pizzas baked separately. A special mention goes to the gluten-free and lactose-free desserts, which are true works of art.

From pizza to fish... but not just from appetizers to dessert... everything and all. The dishes were outstanding and served perfectly. Excellent chefs for a kitchen perfectly suited for those who are lactose-intolerant and for celiacs, but also if you inform them in advance, alternative solutions will satisfy everyone's tastes... what can I say... it's worth trying to believe... and you will be satisfied. I will certainly return... too bad there are only 5 stars... I would have given at least 6. Well done everyone!

Terrible experience: the pizza is absolutely not good or at least for us, a table of 11 people, 7 of whom ordered pizza, did not like it. Let's set aside the gluten-free discussion, which is why we chose this place. As mentioned, the gluten-free pizza is inedible, and the choices for gluten-free dishes are severely limited. If you present yourself as a restaurant suitable for those with intolerances, the menu for them must be rich and complete like for everyone else. Let's talk about the meat: two steaks had to be sent back because they were undercooked; the staff did not ask for the cooking preference, and one had a piece of shrimp in it. They justified that it can happen and is still edible without considering that perhaps the customer could be allergic to shellfish. In the end, they changed them but charged us for them given the final price, absolutely absurd in Vetralla. Over 30 euros per person including children under 9. Never again.

Very welcoming venue, with high attention even for people intolerant to gluten! We ate very well, you can see the passion in the preparation of the dishes.
