Very well-stocked bakery, everything we tasted was delicious: plumcake, cookies, bread, creacenta, and pizza... and especially the famous love knots from Valeggio. The owner is delightful, we will return as soon as we can.

I live in Mantova, so I cannot always go to them for notices that they might have posted or similar. With this premise, they refuse an order, even a small one, for December 20 because it is out of time (written on December 2). Orders are closed. A small bakery dedicated exclusively to gluten-free options, just 2 minutes by car from the beautiful Sigurtà garden park (the only downside is that there are paid parking spots everywhere in the town). You can find typical fresh products like the famous tortelli di Valeggio, as well as various lactose-free sweet and savory options. The prices are a bit high... there's no denying that... but the quality is noticeable! The girl at the counter was also super nice and kind to us. I recommend it ✨

I always stop when I pass through Valeggio and I always stock up on bread. I miss bread made with wheat flour so much, and the Gluten-Free Bakery makes me not regret it! I never forget the tortellini from Valeggio, which are really excellent, and I recommend the tortelli, but bread is something I cannot give up.

They are great in broth or with butter and sage. I preferred those filled with radicchio and Monte Veronese cheese rather than burrata, tomato, basil, and pine nuts.
