Neapolitan pizza even gluten-free, good and soft, well leavened.

I went to eat gluten-free pizza, and I didn't like it.

Menu for Ceciliaci is extensive and features excellent raw materials. The pizza is delicious!!! For the first time, I found a pizza made to perfection! Additionally, there is care and kindness from the staff. Highly recommended.

The pizza was good, it's not the real Neapolitan pizza, but it's really very good and with excellent ingredients. The local beer was also very good. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A bit pricey compared to the average, but overall a good experience.

Really a great experience, there were twelve of us and despite not having booked, the lady welcomed us with great kindness and friendliness, making us sit right away. All the dishes are excellent, tasty, and well presented, inebriating choice from appetizer to dessert, all truly delicious. The gluten-free menu is also extremely well-curated, and everything was really flavorful, excellent quality of raw materials. We were all very satisfied, we had a wonderful time and ate very well. A warm greeting from the group from Naples and see you soon đ

A truly excellent experience! I had a simply exceptional gluten-free pizza: excellent dough, perfect cooking, and top-quality ingredients. The attention to gluten-free is really high, which is rare and invaluable for those with specific needs. The lactose-free option is top-notch! The roasted potatoes were delicious, and the gluten-free and lactose-free caprese was truly exceptional. An enormous added value is the owner: a very kind, available, and attentive person who makes you feel comfortable right away. A pizzeria that I absolutely recommend, especially for those looking for safety and uncompromising quality.

We went as a couple with my girlfriend. The restaurant looks very nice, with very kind, welcoming, and polite staff. They are always attentive to customers and never intrusive. The Sciuè sciuè pizza is very good. The wine selection is carefully curated. The friendly service added a special touch to this dinner. A special mention for the complete and dedicated gluten-free menu with many choices.

We were at "O'sarracino" two weeks ago with our kids, one 10 months old and the other 2 and a half years old. I mention this because itâs an environment that, both in terms of space and especially service, allows you to enjoy a meal with the whole family. We asked to cook the small one's pasta and without any problem we were accommodated, just like when we asked for a simple plain pasta for the "big one", which was served to us shortly even though the place was full. Personally, I am celiac and I must say that they have a good gluten-free alternative both for dishes and desserts; I even got to enjoy an excellent gluten-free pistachio cheesecake, in addition to being served a very good focaccia, also gluten-free. The prices are average, it's definitely not a budget place, but neither is it among the most expensive. As soon as we have the chance to go back to Viterbo, we will definitely return. Go there, highly recommended, especially given the central location just a few steps from a large parking area next to the walls.

It's the first time I've tried O'Sarracino since I discovered I'm celiac; in the past, however, I've been there many times. Gluten-free montanare are very good, and the pizza is also quite nice, although it might be a bit too soft and 'breaks' easily. The taste is quite different from a regular pizza.

The place is very well-kept and intimate; the staff is very polite and knowledgeable. The menu offers a wide selection ranging from appetizers to desserts and digestifs. Another important and not obvious aspect is the possibility of having a complete gluten-free menu. The raw materials used are of excellent quality. The pizza is really good and well-seasoned.

Hello....last night I went to the Sarracino after making a reservation, and I should also add that there was a celiac person with me....well, I arrived and greeted....there was no reserved place for me....the waiters looked in a dazed state...and told me to wait a minute....I should mention that I live half an hour away from Viterbo by car...anyway, I tried to be understanding....after a good ten minutes a character came in, I think the owner...and with a comical smile said, being polite, that they had seated tourists in my place and that I had to wait despite the reservation....still with that (fake) smile.......so, facts in hand: I ran away from that ridiculous and pathetic place.....I had difficulty finding another gluten-free restaurant. I ate an ice cream almost forcedly, adding that many friends had advised me against it; I understood why. Nevertheless, I strongly advise against it.....arrogant, rude...without regard for the customer......go away...avoid without hesitation

Positive note: good pizza, reminiscent of real Neapolitan style, friendly staff, tables inside spaced apart from each other, and gluten-free options for those in need. Negative note: fried dishes far from true Neapolitan flavors, high prices. The restaurant owner will probably say that the high price is due to the quality of the products. Perhaps in a town like Viterbo in the historic center, it may be normal to inflate prices. I spent 28 euros for a portion of fried food, a pizza, a beer, and coffee. Living in Rome, I have eaten at various Neapolitan pizzerias that offer the same menu for much less. For just 2 euros more, you can have a fish fry + 1 pasta dish, a glass of wine, water, and coffee... not to mention the various apps that offer discounts. I was in Viterbo for a stroll. I certainly wouldnât travel there from Rome... Anyway, compliments for the pizza!
