Thanks to this oven, I have started eating fresh bread every day again. The wholemeal baguette is really good and unique! I often go to Rome for work, and I happen to buy bread, but this 100% gluten-free bread is by far the best. The other products like supplì, pizzette, and desserts are also delicious. Additionally, everything is strictly lactose-free. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

AMAZING!!! Found by chance not being from the area. I had a muffin for breakfast and then little red pizzas (the best I've ever eaten in my life), and a round margherita pizza. I'm from Rome and I've tried many good places, but the mix of product quality and the courtesy of the staff really beats them all!!! I hope to return very soon!

I am not celiac, but I had the opportunity to taste both sweet and savory items at this bakery, and I must say that everything satisfied me!!!! Excellent pizza (that does not make you miss gluten pizza), bread (I tasted different types) all excellent, desserts to die for, and especially the professionalism and kindness of the owners!!!! You can really see that they do it with passion and commitment. Highly recommended especially in anticipation of Christmas!

Incredible!!!!!! I have gone several times during the supposed opening hours, always finding it closed. Considering these are essential goods, this behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Today, even the sign on the window says Saturday, March 4, afternoon closed.... At this point, I want to say one thing, the price of gluten-free bread is absolutely... How long does it take to grind a bit of rice, a bit of corn, use a bit of special yeast, a splash of water, and make gluten-free bread at home? And as my friend the Chef says... ADIOSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!

Good morning, I would like to point out that I am not celiac, but I tried gluten-free bread and I must say it is truly delicious!! I highly recommend it even to those like me who can eat everything without problems!! The place is very clean and the owner is kind and helpful!!
