It would be a good store if at the end of the month the owners didn’t withdraw the remaining credit on customers' celiac vouchers. On the last day of August, I was sure I still had €40 to spend, but when I went to pay in another store (I’m not from Saluzzo) I found myself with €0.07. I went on the Salute Piemonte app, where all payments are recorded, and saw that they had taken it. Scrolling back through the transaction history, I found that they had already withdrawn a smaller amount a few months earlier. I asked the store owner for an explanation, who blamed it on a mix-up of profiles because he claimed that someone was allowing him to take the state money that they do not spend on themselves. I asked him to delete my data and he opened my profile without me having to remind him of the name, then he returned the money that I had to spend to cover that missing part of the voucher. The first time I went to this store, they had me fill out a sheet with some simple data, evidently sufficient to have control over the accounts. I recommend always checking the profile on Salute Piemonte.

We have been frequenting this store for months now following the closure of the gluten-free shop in Savigliano. We now have a few kilometers to travel but we are happy about it. The owner Alessio has always been kind, helpful, and well-prepared when asked for advice. Even when we request specific products, he does his best to find them. We also appreciate his care in choosing excellent suppliers for fresh products. We always come home happy to have bought from him.
