A piadineria in the center of Legnano where you can also find good gluten-free piadinas. The variety of piadinas is wide, both sweet and savory, which can be prepared with different types of piadina dough (spelt, original, classic, and gluten-free). The service was a bit slow but probably due to the Saturday night crowd.

Very good piadinas, even though for some time they have noted that although they have gluten-free piadinas produced in an AIC laboratory, they cannot exclude cross-contamination.
