But have you tried Bufaletta? I’ve been going to eat pizza at Aquario for over 14 years and what can I say... novelty, research, and innovation are the key words of this pizzeria. The ingredients they use are excellent, and for me, who is celiac, it's the best pizzeria I've ever tasted. If you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend it, for both celiacs and non-celiacs. They have different doughs for all tastes, including vegetarian and vegan options. The environment is welcoming and well-maintained, the staff is knowledgeable, kind, and nice. At the pizzeria in Cologna Veneta, there is a large garden with an area dedicated to children with inflatables (during spring/summer) and during the cold periods, there is an indoor area for kids. There are also several dining rooms, some completely separate from the children's areas, for a quieter atmosphere.

Nestled in greenery at the gates of Cologna Veneta, you can enjoy an excellent pizza. Wide selection of doughs and combinations for the pizzas. Vegan and gluten-free dishes are also available. I opted for a traditional dough; the pizza is truly very good, probably the best in the area. An ideal place for families. Large playroom with inflatables and a very kind girl who plays with and cares for the kids, allowing parents some relaxation. I also compliment the waitresses, all smiling and very kind.
