Restaurant mainly chosen for the availability of gluten-free options. They also offer gluten-free pizza, but I preferred to try an excellent risotto made with local products and the tomino with speck. Really tasty dishes, where the use of quality raw materials is clearly evident. The only small disappointment, considering the excellent level of the cuisine, was the absence of gluten-free polenta. The environment is a bit chaotic, especially since the restaurant handles many covers, but this does not affect the quality of the service, which remains attentive and efficient. During peak seasons, I highly recommend making a reservation.
