I asked, and they do not guarantee that there is no contamination. And they do not know the difference between a celiac and someone who is intolerant.

Charming and characteristic place, a classic bacaro infused with Friulian cuisine, very kind staff. My daughter had gluten-free focaccia with San Daniele ham and vegetables, everything was really good. Recommended.

Tried out of curiosity (nice local typical Venetian tavern). The owner was very kind and willing to accommodate us. We ordered 2 gluten pizzas for the kids (not exceptional), while for me and my wife, a focaccia with S. Daniele ham and gluten-free mozzarella (really excellent), and two plates of gnocchi with gluten-free fondue (great, but small portion). Wine is only available by the bottle. They also had 2 gluten-free desserts. Of course, it’s not an AIC establishment, but just follow the product labeling as per regulations. I recommend it.

A very nice place, outside the most touristy area, quieter and more typical. They have focaccia, pizza, and some typical gluten-free dishes. Highly recommended even for a quicker lunch!

Great gluten-free focaccia with lard, courtesy and attention to contamination, highly recommended.

A really nice restaurant, away from the typical tourist restaurant, with very kind and friendly staff. The food is excellent, both the gluten-containing and gluten-free options. I chose the place for their knowledge of the celiac world, and they gave me different options; I opted for the creamed cod and the focaccia with San Daniele ham, truly excellent. Prices are far from the high ones in Venice; for four of us, having eaten: 2 creamed cod, 1 octopus with polenta, the focaccia with San Daniele, 3 first courses, 2 spritz, 1 beer, 1 glass of wine, 2 waters, 2 bitters, and 3 coffees, we spent €147. Portions are really generous and good. Highly recommended.

focaccia, pizza, sweet dishes, and typical dishes, all gluten-free with the utmost attention to contamination. Genuine environment, friendly staff. I would say it's excellent to try.

Excellent gluten-free lunch in the heart of Venice, the focaccia is very good and there is a lot of attention to contamination, even in how the plates are placed on the table.
