The owners are kind and available, the cook attentive to gluten-free issues (they have only one kitchen and probably not too big). The only drawback is the wait; we waited a long time to eat, there were quite a few people and little staff. They explained that to be more certain, they waited to finish with the other gluten tables to clean everything and be more secure in avoiding contamination. Very accommodating and kind. They have gluten-free bread. It's best to call ahead first.
