There are two showcases: on the left, bins with a lid and on the right, open trays. The staff is always friendly and prepared to manage gluten-free ice cream requests to the best of their ability, although they cannot guarantee the absence of microcontamination. The scoops are changed, the ice cream is taken from the bottom of the tray and/or from the underlying bin. The flavors are gluten-free (except for those that logically contain gluten, such as tiramisu, with cookies or similar). There is a gluten-free cone available.
