Hotel Notre Maison offers a cozy rustic atmosphere with stunning panoramic views and special attention to guests with celiac disease, thanks to a menu with clearly highlighted allergens. The staff is friendly and the property is completely pet-friendly, ideal for those traveling with animals.

Typical place in a splendid panoramic position. Menu with all allergens clearly indicated. Many gluten-free dishes except desserts, which are a bit lacking. Attentive and helpful staff. I enjoyed a good gluten-free dinner.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days during the Ferragosto week in August 2023, on a full board basis, in a double room. The hotel is completely pet-friendly: our animal friends can enter any area of the hotel, and outside there's a large lawn and a pine forest, as well as access to various trails for trekking, both easy and uphill. The only advice I would give is to install a few more bins and dispensers for dog waste bags. The rooms are furnished in a rustic mountain style, not very large, with a window. Room cleaning is thorough and done daily, along with towel changes. The breakfast is good with a sweet buffet (plus cheeses and fruits); it would be advisable to provide tongs for serving instead of using hands, which is not very hygienic. The restaurant is spacious, offers traditional food, and the portions are almost generous; the only downside is the length of the meal, even with a half-empty dining room. The management of the waitstaff needs to be reconsidered (it is recommended that the staff always have the same tables to serve to be efficient, especially for special repetitive situations like a gluten-free guest). An outdoor bar for excellent aperitifs with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. The service could be improved (they never bring napkins or possibly forks or toothpicks for self-serving). The staff is courteous but, in my opinion, a bit unprepared regarding the menu (we had a gluten-free guest and they didn't know what he could eat at each meal). Overall, I recommend this establishment, especially for those traveling with pets and those who love trekking. It needs improvements in details and service.
