Great grill house, good meat. I really enjoyed the tomahawk, tender as butter, served on a hot cast-iron plate. Excellent wine list, I chose a Cannonau label Mesa Primo Scuro, easy to drink, ruby color, slightly fruity, a good pairing with grilled meat, slightly sweet and simple, delicate. For appetizers, I ordered grilled mortadella with balsamic vinegar and Puglia bombette, crispy fried chips. Their entrecôte was also good, but the tomahawk was clearly superior. As a starter, I recommend raw meat tartare with EVO oil and lemon, smokes served under a glass dome for smoking. Good desserts, berry cheesecake, crema catalana, and chocolate ice cream with rum crunchy, very delicious. For a digestif, a good limoncello from the coast. They also have a menu for celiacs and are attentive to food intolerances. Friendly and kind staff, Donatella welcomed us professionally, explaining the history and policy of the grill house, which started as a butcher shop and then expanded as a grill inspired by the Puglian tradition. Good value for money, we spent 150 for 4 and were satisfied, we will definitely return. Rustic commercial dining room, even the tables are homey, perhaps a touch of modernity would help, the decor is not too carefully arranged today. Overall, a nice evening.
