Entering from 0% Glutine is always a pleasure. Their warm welcome is their strong point: the staff is incredibly kind, cheerful, and makes you feel at home immediately. It's an environment where courtesy goes hand in hand with the quality of the products. Even for those who are not celiac, the goodness of what they offer is surprising. A special place in Latina where customer care is truly the top priority. Five well-deserved stars!

Really excellent products. Amazing pizza, super easy to digest, excellent pastries, and the croissants are delicious even the next morning. Not the usual tasteless, hard products usually found. For those who have problems with gluten and lactose like me, I highly recommend this place.

Very good pizza, crispy and tasty roll. Too bad about the limited choices, the rush of the cashier, and the price being too high... two small pieces of pizza, two rolls with ham, and 2 cannoli for €15. The cost of the flours is fine, but if it has to be a luxury, then no thanks!

A vast selection of gluten-free and lactose-free products, from sweet to savory. I had a great experience. It is mainly stocked in the morning but with the possibility to order if you want to pick it up in the afternoon. Recommended.

Whenever I am in Latina, I cannot refrain from going to this gluten-free bistro. The red pizza by the slice is excellent, with potatoes and ham. The bread is also great. I always get their homemade doughnuts and taralli, which are fantastic! Another delicious product is the freselle, made both with wholemeal flour (without soy) and with white flours. As for the desserts, they fully satisfy my tastes. I highly recommend this place to both those with celiac disease and those without; the taste is guaranteed, the prices are average for quality gluten-free, and the owners are very friendly and quick.

Exceptional! I stumbled upon this bakery after a day at the beach.. delicious pizza, just as good supplì, larger than average and loaded with ingredients, but the pastries... were to die for😍 Very nice mignons, but the must-have were the cream-filled cannoli made with very crunchy and sugary puff pastry and a cream and chocolate braid, also made of puff pastry. I regret not going back to get more; I was left with a bad taste! Polite and very kind staff. On my way home, I called to give compliments, nothing to say. Thank goodness I live more than an hour from this bakery otherwise it would be ruinous. I will return very, very soon♥️ well done everyone

At 7:30 PM, just before closing time, when we requested a pizza, we were asked to wait 5 minutes for it to be prepared. Very polite and kind. Highly recommended!

WONDERFUL! 😍 The paradise for those with celiac disease and other food allergies or intolerances. Warmth, kindness, and super fresh products. From cakes to cheesecakes, the delicious and super light zeppole, huge and tasty rosettes! What can I say, everything is fantastic!

I hadn't been there for two years and unfortunately they have lowered the quality of the desserts, but luckily the pizza is still good.

Fantastic, they have a variety of products, including cream for those intolerant to lactose, therefore lactose-free and not just gluten-free. The staff is courteous and the prices are fair.

A dream come true. A shop that sells excellent food, bread, pasta, desserts, and much more, completely gluten-free! I tasted the pizza and it is excellent, not the usual "fake" gluten-free pizza, but truly similar to the best regular pizza. The desserts... fantastic, I had the millefoglie twice and it is a spectacle, I tasted some mignon, and the pistachio one is great. I can only recommend stopping by to try the quality of the products sold, all truly excellent. Lastly, I cannot help but praise the courtesy and friendliness of those who work in this shop, people who are also well-prepared and capable of meeting customer needs. Today I needed a millefoglie of a different "size" than the ones already ready, and they prepared it for me in 30 minutes with an added layer of Nutella! This is the shop that was missing.
