Great gluten-free pizza and appetizers. No risk of contamination. However, it can happen that you wait a long time, especially if the place is busy and you order both regular and gluten-free pizza.

A landmark for gluten-free options in Latina. Appetizers with gluten-free platters, fried foods, and great pizza. If you're in Latina or visiting occasionally, this is a must-stop.

The best chips I've ever had🤤🤤super crunchy. The pizza is Roman style, delicious both gluten-free and regular. The girl who served us is very nice, polite, and very helpful. Everything was really good, compliments. Broccoli and sausage gluten-free and flowers and anchovies regular.

Gluten-Free Experience and Non, Fantastic. Gluten-free fried foods at another level. In the province of Latina, perhaps the only one that allows a complete choice of pizzas, sandwiches, desserts, and beer.

Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet. (Jean-Jacques Rousseau) The problem is that the ordered carbonara was neither bitter nor sweet. It was literally liquid, and I was surprised because it only took 55 minutes to prepare. Moreover, it was made with 'mixed' pasta and overcooked. The poor waitress didn’t know how to smile at us anymore as she kept repeating that the dish was coming out. So summarizing: Unacceptable cuisine Acceptable service (the waitress did everything she could to make us not feel the wait and the poor quality of the food) The place is nice and cozy Anyway, I remain very disappointed.

We visited the new location for the first time last night and I want to congratulate you both on the service and the food. I recommend the burgers and the small skillet, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The beer is special because it is gluten-free.

We happened to go there by booking with The Fork, attracted by the photos of the dishes and also by the high discounts, why not. As already mentioned by others, the dishes are very good; personally, I had an exceptional octopus sandwich and my husband’s fried dish was also quite good. The staff was really kind and helpful, very skilled. The location definitely needs some revisiting because, personally, it lacks a precise identity; the impression is that there used to be a Chinese restaurant and something has remained. Unfortunately, the issue arose at the time of the bill when I noticed that the cover charge had become €5 per person instead of the €2.5 indicated on the menu; when I asked for clarification, I was told it was due to an agreement between the restaurant and The Fork. It’s a shame to lose out over such a small amount; it would have sufficed to give a discount, maybe 30%, and honor what was written on the menu or, at the very least, transparently indicate on the menu that those who book with The Fork pay a doubled cover charge. Moreover, my husband was not given the bread with the fried dish, something we didn’t pay attention to at the moment, but when you then have to pay €5 for the cover, you notice it. Also, the photos and prices of the menu on The Fork do not match what was presented at the table. I don’t think we will return, simply for principle’s sake.

I also confirm for the new location.. One of the best pizzas ever, light, digestible, flavorful, tasty, and large. Reasonable prices for such a good pizza, a bit less for drinks and cover charge. They cost too much! €2.50 cover charge per person, and €3 for 750ml water. We spent more on drinks than on pizza, but if I have to eat an excellent pizza, I would definitely go back. The Sicilian cannoli dessert was also delicious. Highly recommended. We spent €22 per person for one pizza, one dessert that not everyone had, and drinks (5 waters, 2 Coca-Colas, and 1 glass of beer). I repeat, good for what we ate, less good for what we drank. Especially since some spent €22 but only had a margherita pizza and drank water.

Best gluten-free I've ever tried, especially because I had never found this trio of pasta frittata: Cacio&Pepe, Amatriciana, Carbonara.. Sandwich with a very light pizza dough and well stuffed.. excellent!!

As loyal customers of this restaurant for several years, we had high expectations for the new opening, but they were more than met! We found an innovative menu where experimentation and the search for flavor align with the establishment's key word: QUALITY. In fact, the gourmet pizzas (in the photo) are spectacular and showcase the creativity of the staff and the extensive research behind every detail: never have we eaten such delicious pizzas, a must-try!!! Moreover, the variety of fried foods is noteworthy, crunchy and tasty to the point of not seeming gluten-free. Indeed, the care in gluten-free cooking is unparalleled, and the pizza dough is incredibly digestible… a real treat. A mention goes to the always kind and available waitresses and to the owner, Daniel, who is exceptional and brilliant in his work. We will definitely return to try new delicious dishes on the menu, highly recommended!!!

A pleasant discovery! I learned about this place after a long search for a spot that had a menu with gluten-free and lactose-free options. There are so many choices and varieties. We tried the frittatine, two pizzas, and a tiramisù: everything was delicious! The staff was very kind and welcoming. We will definitely come back again!

Honest review from a celiac: guys, if you are celiac (but also if you aren't) you absolutely must come and try their menu. We had the trio of pasta frittatas, the pizza, and the dessert, everything was delicious, especially the pizza, which doesn’t even seem gluten-free because of how well it's made. Important note: they have a completely separate kitchen and oven with no contamination, and the staff is well-trained about it, as it is a certified gluten-free place. Approved, we will definitely come back!😍

Lovely, small, and welcoming place. The heat was excessive, probably coming from the electric oven for the pizzas. The service could be improved; it was cold and at times rude. We ordered a pizza and a sliced chicken on a bed of arugula. The pizza was not bad, but I can't say the same for the chicken, which arrived 25 minutes after the pizza, completely lacking the bed of arugula and was far below average. The bill was good, more than fair; probably the place focuses more on takeout.
