I DISCOURAGE those with celiac disease. Before dinner, I called the venue to find out if they actually had gluten-free dishes. They replied yes and that I might not find all the dishes from the all-you-can-eat menu. Upon arrival, I noticed some uncertainty from the waitress regarding celiac disease, to the point that she thought I couldn't have baked potatoes, but she offered me pasta (with gluten). When the owner intervened, I was told they didn't have gluten-free pasta, but I could only have two side dishes (chicory and salad) and some slices of meat. Selecting from the menu those WITHOUT allergens, I chose a sliced dish with pistachio/nut crumbs. At that point, the owner intervened again: he mentioned that the package of the dried fruit used
