I would honestly like to propose to UNESCO to sign a petition to make the Messina pistachio granita with cream a UNESCO World Heritage site, but while I gather signatures, I take refuge at EDEN in Torre Faro, gently caressing the best cream ever with the ‘tuppo’ of my gluten-free brioche. And I've said it all. If heaven doesn't have this flavor, you can keep it.
