Everything was excellent from the pinsa to the dessert, both strictly gluten-free. The staff was super polite and helpful.

Gluten-free pizza is delicious, the staff is super helpful, and there is a lot of attention to contamination. It is worth mentioning the availability of a dedicated menu for gluten-intolerant customers.

Great pizza, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. 🍕If you're looking for an authentic pizzeria in Bolsena, Tanaquilla is an excellent choice. The dough of the pizzas is light and well-leavened, with fresh and quality ingredients. The variety of the menu satisfies all tastes, including gluten-free options, and there are delicious desserts like tiramisu and Nutella pizza. - Food and drink quality: the beer was awesome!! - Atmosphere: hospitable and pleasant environment, ideal for a dinner with friends, family, or as a couple. It’s very romantic in winter, there’s a nice fireplace lit in the room! - Service: friendly and helpful waiters, quick and attentive service. - Prices: appropriate and consistent with the quality offered.

So many pizza choices, from the classic to others made with tasty, sought-after, and high-quality ingredients. Wide selection of beers. Attentive staff. Venue spread over two floors, with a pizzeria and an open kitchen. Possibility to eat outside. Option to have GLUTEN-FREE food. Prices are a bit high.
