Excellent gluten-free piadina, made fresh and ensuring no contamination. The regular piadina with raw ham, squacquerone cheese, and arugula is also very good. Highly recommended.

My partner and I, who is gluten intolerant, stayed at a vacation home just 15 minutes away by car. We quickly found parking and had the pleasure of tasting a really good artisanal gluten-free piadina. I was also pleasantly surprised by the option to choose from different types of dough, including crescioni and rolls, which indicates that the dough is made fresh on the spot specifically for each dish ordered. The piadine were super loaded and made with the right care given the open kitchen. It was definitely worth the trip, and I think that in the future, if we want a piadina, we will return. I highly recommend it to anyone, both gluten intolerant and not, as it's a great place to spend time in good company.

Having stayed nearby, I was advised to try a gluten-free piadineria, and they mentioned this incredible place! I usually have high expectations for gluten-free products, and this time I kept my expectations low, but I was wrong! The gluten-free piadine are made IN-HOUSE (NOT STORE-BOUGHT!) It’s true you wait a bit because they make and cook them on the spot, but it’s really worth it! I’VE NEVER EATEN A PIADINA LIKE THIS! FRESH, DELICIOUS, AMAZING, GLUTEN-FREE DELIGHT! I’m glad I listened to the recommendations about this place! If I come back, this factor will influence a lot! Congratulations!

Delicious piadina!! We had lunch on site, ordering at the counter and waiting for them to call your name when your order is ready, everything is made to order but don't worry, the wait is short and worth it!! We also tried the gluten-free piadine, soft and very tasty!! We highly recommend it.

I highly recommend Cristina's piadina; the gluten-free one is unmatched. I was delighted when I got to taste it with prosciutto and squacquerone, excellent, very good—I can say I've never eaten one like this!
