Great food, abundant and at prices lower than average. We had carbonara, cacio e pepe, and for dessert, tiramisù. The dessert was good, but kept at low temperatures, almost like ice cream.

Saggio is a guarantee at Ponte Milvio. We often have lunch there with colleagues. Very attentive to those with celiac disease and high-quality products at absolutely competitive prices. The spelt with squid is a must-try. Top portions for those who are really hungry. Not yet 5 stars because it gets too hot inside, and some waiters need to smooth out some rough edges in their character.

We are writing the review from the table🤩 We are here by chance in view of tonight's match, and because there are 2 celiac people among us, impeccable service, exceptional dishes that are delicious, abundant and exquisitely presented! The fried appetizers and platter were excellent, we had the classics carbonara and cacio e pepe with 2 reinterpretations absolutely to discover!!!! The kids had a carbonara that was really delicious! The house dessert, the tiramisu, was super fresh and with pistachio crumbs giving it a unique touch! What can I say, we will return to this place and I add it has been nice because it rarely happens to see celiac people, including a little girl with us, truly satisfied and happy to eat at the restaurant!!!

I’m sorry to give only a three as a score because the place has potential, good pinsa and also the raw materials are very valid, with prices well below the average of the city center in general. A real shame about the cleanliness, I recommend taking more care of the visible parts. Note of merit: excellent gluten-free pinsa. I hope to visit again in the future and find a bit more commitment in management so that I can reformulate my judgment into a nice 5-star rating.
