My partner (celiac) and I have been going to Settimo Gelo at least once a week since we discovered it, and we are 30km away. Besides the special attention and vast selection for someone who is celiac, the staff is always super kind and the ice cream is spectacular. The pistachio cremino is incredibly good, my favorite, as well as the warm ice cream! Other flavors are no less! The single servings are also delicious, all gluten-free 😍
