very good dough but in my opinion the pizza is too small.. it is steamed, thick like focaccia and cut into 4 pieces. wide selection of desserts and very friendly staff

The pizza is good, even gluten-free. The dough is very refined, and the staff is very kind, offering a true journey through the history of dough and the pizza served. I would have appreciated the gluten-free pizza being a bit larger (they serve 4 slices, which is about "half a pizza"), but without a doubt, it's the best dough I've ever tried with a blend of flours that makes it truly excellent and very tasty. The regular pizzas are also great, with a slight preference for the pan-style dough over the classic Neapolitan one. We also tried two desserts, which were excellent as well.
