I didn’t know it, but after entering I saw 'gluten-free' written and they confirmed that everything from the ice cream to the cones and wafers was completely gluten-free; I was almost moved. As a celiac, it was truly wonderful to know that I could enjoy all the flavors, and being artisanal, the quality is top-notch. Congratulations to the entire staff! I will return every time I come.
