🌟The Pomegranate is a certainty, and now I can say it from experience… triple!🌟 After tasting the quality and care of the first location, discovering the “twin” in Palmanova, and now treating myself to a stop at the new restaurant in Udine, I can say without hesitation: The Pomegranate never disappoints. Meticulously curated cuisine, top-notch raw materials, genuine attention to food intolerances (celiac disease and lactose managed with a rare naturalness!) and hospitality that makes you feel welcomed like at home — but with a chef’s plate! 😋 The atmosphere is always elegant yet relaxed, the dishes are beautiful to look at and even better to taste, and each location has its unique touch, but the same heart. Kudos to the team for the consistency and passion you can feel in every detail. Highly recommended, wherever you decide to try it. And if, like me, you make it one, two… three: guaranteed addiction risk! 🍽️❤️

I have eaten there twice and I would go back for a third time when I'm in Udine again. The menu is vast, with appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts, all gluten-free. The pizzas are good; the flour is locally sourced and made with a mix of artisanal, non-packaged flours. I highly recommend it! P.S.: It's wise to book a reservation.

First time at this restaurant: I found a very varied gluten-free menu prepared with great care; the staff was very attentive and kind. The tiramisu was amazing! They were also well-prepared for lactose-free options.

Disappointment. After waiting a bit too long for the people in the venue, I received a gluten-free pizza that was overcooked, hard, and inedible. I offered to have it redone, but I was already tired of waiting, so for the mix-up, they gave me a one-euro discount. Anyway, the staff was nice and the tiramisu was good.

A guarantee! I have also eaten at the other two locations (Palmanova and Trieste) and I have never been disappointed. Excellent pizza, a wide selection of gluten-free dishes, an attentive venue, and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend it. It is part of the Aic network.
