Primero y ante todo, su comida es deliciosa y siempre preparada con mucha atención y amor. Vivo en Ibiza y no conozco otros restaurantes que igualen sus altos estándares. Siempre fresco. Wild Beets está muy en sintonía con las tendencias de salud e introduce continuamente nuevos platos e ingredientes, como avena nocturna, shilajit y diferentes setas. Hasta donde sé, este es el único restaurante en Ibiza que sirve solo comida orgánica, que es una razón por la cual estoy aquí muy a menudo. No es la única razón. Su comida no solo es orgánica, también está libre de azúcares refinados, es vegana y sin gluten. Sus platos son creativos y hermosos. Los precios son justos, especialmente considerando la alta calidad de sus ingredientes y la ubicación, la cara Ibiza. Están abiertos todo el año y son muy amigables con las computadoras portátiles. En invierno, su elegante interior se calienta con una maravillosa chimenea. Por último, pero no menos importante, su personal es tan encantador, muy atento y personal.

I initially came for the pancakes but missed the morning breakfast so I opted for an immune boosting shot, green tea matcha, & their plant based mushroom meatballs which were quite tasty with the courgettes & aubergines. I then had the mushroom coffee with a shot of espresso & the snickers bar & a truffle. I make matcha at home & this was just a small cup not really whisked the way I make it. The best part were the deserts with the mushroom coffee. If anything I highly recommend them. They were so good I got them to go. I came back the next day for the gluten free pancakes with the cashew butter & berry compote. It was decent. The maple syrup didn’t really look or taste like what I’m used to as I grew up in the Northeast US where maple syrup is our life & there wasn’t much of it. This is a great place for anyone looking for vegan options & dietary restrictions. The staff is amazingly friendly & sweet!
