First and most importantly of all, their food is delicious and consistently prepared with much attention and love. I live in Ibiza and I don't know of any other restaurants that match their high standards. Always fresh. Wild Beets is very in touch with health trends and continuously introduce new dishes and ingredients, such as overnight oats, shilajit and different mushrooms. As far as I know, this is the only restaurant in Ibiza that serves only organic food, which is a reason I'm here very often. It's hardly the only reason. Their food is not only organic, its also free of refined sugars, vegan and gluten free. Their dishes are creative and beautiful. The prices are fair, especially considering their high quality ingredients and the location, expensive Ibiza. They're open the entire year and very laptop friendly. In the winter, their stylish interior is heated by a wonderful fireplace. Last but definitely not least, their staff is so lovely, very attentive and personal.

I initially came for the pancakes but missed the morning breakfast so I opted for an immune boosting shot, green tea matcha, & their plant based mushroom meatballs which were quite tasty with the courgettes & aubergines. I then had the mushroom coffee with a shot of espresso & the snickers bar & a truffle. I make matcha at home & this was just a small cup not really whisked the way I make it. The best part were the deserts with the mushroom coffee. If anything I highly recommend them. They were so good I got them to go. I came back the next day for the gluten free pancakes with the cashew butter & berry compote. It was decent. The maple syrup didn’t really look or taste like what I’m used to as I grew up in the Northeast US where maple syrup is our life & there wasn’t much of it. This is a great place for anyone looking for vegan options & dietary restrictions. The staff is amazingly friendly & sweet!
