🇪🇸 Pan sin gluten y trato excelente para celíacos – Joe & The Juice en Europa Passage Pedimos dos sándwiches “Joe’s Sandwich” con pan sin gluten (gluten free), preparados con mucho cuidado en una zona aparte, usando utensilios exclusivos. También tomamos un zumo “Stress Down” y otro “Green Shield”, ambos naturalmente sin gluten. Todo estaba muy rico y no me sentó mal nada, siendo celíaca sensible. Nos encantó el trato: fueron muy amables en todo momento, y uno de los camareros hablaba español además de alemán e inglés, lo cual facilitó mucho las cosas. We also had a “Stress Down” and a “Green Shield” juice – both naturally gluten free. Everything tasted great and I had no reaction at all, even though I’m highly sensitive to gluten. What stood out most was the service: incredibly kind and helpful, and one of the staff members spoke Spanish, as well as German and English – which made communication very easy. Dazu tranken wir „Stress Down“ und „Green Shield“ – beides natürliche, glutenfreie Säfte. Ich bin sehr empfindlich auf Gluten und habe alles bestens vertragen. Der Service war wirklich herausragend: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einer der Mitarbeiter sprach neben Deutsch und Englisch auch Spanisch, was die Kommunikation sehr angenehm machte. Super, un ambiente genial, buena música, todo sin gluten, y también platos veganos. Servicio super rápido y, a pesar del estrés, el personal es muy amable. Todos los precios son razonables y la calidad es buena. Lo encuentro mucho mejor que Starbucks...

Para comer, tuvimos un Joes Club que es un ciabatta sin gluten con pollo, aguacate, tomate y pesto, y un ciabatta sin gluten de pollo Serrano, aguacate, mozzarella y pesto, y de bebida un smoothie energizante y un smoothie deportivo. El servicio fue rápido y eficiente. Todo se hizo fresco. El sin gluten se preparó en un panini/toaster normal, pero estaba envuelto, así que no hubo problemas de contaminación cruzada, etc. Después de comer en los mercados navideños, fue agradable tener buena comida saludable.
