Came here after a show in London, il servizio è stato veloce e molto buono, tutto il personale era cordiale e davvero utile, sono riuscito a ottenere un menu senza glutine per mia madre, che ha amato la sua pasta e il dessert ed era felice di poter mangiare liberamente, anche l'atmosfera era davvero bella e complessivamente tornerei qui di nuovo

Servizio eccellente e veloce da parte di personale molto cordiale. Torneremo sicuramente. E anche il cibo era piuttosto buono; i mercoledì sono perfetti per chi è senza glutine.

Have been to this particular restaurant of the chain twice now - both times were fantastic. My partner is lactose intolerant, so upon mentioning it, the maitre'd began telling us to use this QR code to see all the ingredients of the dishes. Our server, Aida, could not have been more helpful. She double checked dishes to make sure they were suitable and that they had them for my partner. We could not have asked for better service.

I had a wonderful experience at Prezzo in London and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves Italian cuisine. The food was absolutely delicious — freshly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The pizza had a perfectly crisp base with generous toppings, and the pasta was cooked al dente with rich, authentic sauces. The menu offers a great variety of options, including vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, which makes it ideal for different dietary preferences. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for both a relaxed dinner with friends and a cozy date night. The restaurant was clean, stylish, and comfortable. What truly made the experience stand out was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. Overall, Prezzo delivers consistently good Italian food in a lovely setting at reasonable prices. I will definitely be coming back! 🇮🇹✨

So there is a deal mentioned on the menu, but when we went to redeem it, the server stated that we need the app to get the deal. Surprise, surprise- the app had an error on our phones and even on the server’s phone, so we couldn’t get the deal. £20 for a serving of gf pasta bolognese is pretty expensive, and then there is a 10% added surcharge on the bill. It was a weekday so we walked in without a reservation. The food was fine and came out quickly. The ambiance was good. A dog was barking at another table. The men’s restroom is on the main floor and the women’s is upstairs. There is more seating upstairs. There is a gluten free menu, gf pizzas and pastas and a gf chocolate cake are available. We just hated the whole app ordeal and the food wasn’t anything special, so we won’t be back. We like Côte and some other poaces better.

Amazing food! The servers were great with handling my allergy and as a coeliac I felt very safe eating here. My friends and I were served by Triumf and he was very nice! Will defo be coming back soon!

Le opzioni senza glutine e per celiaci erano fantastiche! Uno di noi aveva la celiachia e l'altro no, ha dedicato più tempo per ricontrollare perché avevamo una birra al tavolo. Il servizio è stato molto veloce e delizioso!
