I’ve lived in London over 14 years and I’ve never had a table cancelled because of ‘booking errors’ before. I was notified via email, and after dealing with a rude restaurant operator to reinstate my cancelled booking, I was told my 19:00 reservation could be changed to 20:00. They then tried to cancel it AGAIN half an hour before we were due to eat; however, we turned up anyway and were thankfully seated without a hiccup. Sadly, the issues didn’t stop there. We were told the vegan set menu we’d booked wasn’t available anymore (despite booking this through The Fork) and that we had to order off the main menu. Fine. Seems weird but whatever. However, my friend, whose coeliac, was then told she had lots of options to choose from — as long as she didn’t require any flavour, as the sauces were all soy based and the tacos weren’t the corn variety, despite the Peruvian roots. Fine. At this point, we could eat a small village. So, we ordered and received what amounted to distinctly average finger food, which was literally Hors D'oeuvre sized. We then waited a further 25 mins for the mains they forgot to bring out, which they pretended just took longer to cook. Again, bland and blah blah blah. Anyway, the drinks were nice and the vibe was okay and we’re reasonable people, but when we got the bill, it felt like we’d been violated. It cost us over £180 to leave feeling like we could easily gnaw off our own arms for sustenance and flavour. TL;DL: Won’t be back. Don’t recommend.

Stunning food, fantastic service as the staff just couldn’t do enough for us! We went between West End show’s and our food came quickly and at a very reasonable set menu price. Utterly lovely dining experience, would 10/10 recommend. As a gluten free, dining out can be quite stressful, but this was a very relaxing and pleasant dining experience which are rare for people with dietary requirements, in my experience.

Great atmosphere and food. A little difficult for me because I need gluten-free options, which there were, but unlike many restaurants in London they were not marked. Our server was very patient to remind us of the GF options. Nice drinks selection and good recommendation for wine. We were 3 adults and 2 to 3 plates per person worked well. Not an ideal place for younger children (<3 years old).
