cibo delizioso (adorato trota e zucca!) e INCREDIBILE con restrizioni dietetiche. Meglio di altri ristoranti Michelin che ho visitato. Abbiamo detto nella nostra prenotazione che una persona era celiaca e vegetariana e il personale era pronto quando siamo arrivati. Il personale è chiaramente molto ben addestrato e proattivamente attento alla contaminazione incrociata. Il pane senza glutine era probabilmente il migliore che abbia mai avuto.

Una masterclass in agricoltura sostenibile e non convenzionale. Molti dei piatti sono semplici. Pomodori e tomatillos affettati con un leggero accompagnamento di olio d'oliva, eppure il gusto ti fa chiedere "come fanno?" dopo ogni morso. La cucina non è affatto appariscente. Non ha bisogno di esserlo. Ogni ingrediente sembra aver subito un'accurata analisi per apparire in un piatto. Incredible farm to table dinner. Simon, our main server, was very attentive and explained each dish and wine pairing with detail and subtle passion. The food was fresh and creative. They were very accommodating to my gluten allergy, with delicious substitutes. Highly recommend for a special occasion!

Having our wedding at Blue Hill at Stone Barns was nothing less then spectacular. The staff were all amazing, the venue itself needed little decoration because of how naturally beautiful it is, and the food could not have been more incredible. Prior to the wedding, Tamar and her team were so responsive, helpful, patient, and accommodating. Any time we sent an email or needed to schedule a call or a walkthrough they were available. During the menu tasting they treated us like royalty and they made the menu completely tailored to our dietary needs (gluten and dairy free) without any issue. The food was unbelievable and we have guests that are still reaching out to rave about how memorable the food was. This venue and the staff at this location are unlike anywhere else. The natural beauty speaks for itself and the staff are on a mission to make your wedding day the most memorable day of your life. We had the best night of our life having our wedding here and we will be forever grateful to Blue Hill at Stone Barns for making our dream come to life. We highly recommend to anyone reading this to have their wedding at this venue.

Wonderful birthday meal at Blue Hill / Family table. Attentive staff and very accommodating of gluten allergy. Lots of delicious fresh vegetables across all courses - the salad and dessert were our favorite. Only thing that was a tad off was the peach rx cocktail - tasted like watered down mescal. Overall lovely meal and want to head up to the farm upstate.
