Non mi piace davvero lasciare recensioni per le piccole imprese, specialmente per i ristoranti in questo momento. E sono gluten-free. Ma ho ordinato il salmone su placca di cedro per 38 dollari e ho letteralmente ricevuto tre fette di salmone che pesano non più di 3 o 3,5 once in totale. Ho persino chiesto al cameriere quante once avrei dovuto ricevere per il mio salmone e lui ha detto 7 o 8 once (dopo essere tornato a parlare con la cucina) e sono rimasto scioccato. Sono uscito affamato e infastidito e peso solo 125 lb. Sì, era nuovo, ma anche allora non ha offerto di darmi niente o di portare un po' più di salmone. Sono felice di cambiare questa recensione e di dare un'altra chance a questo ristorante, ma ho bisogno di comprendere di più.

Questo posto è fantastico! Dipendenti disponibili e amichevoli; lo chef (credo il proprietario) ci ha salutati al nostro tavolo e ha trascorso diversi minuti a chiacchierare amabilmente. Un bel tocco. Ma il cibo. Straordinario! Ok, è costoso, un vero sfizio, ma il cibo era delizioso, le porzioni erano generose, ma non ridicole. Proprio giusto. Oceani e terra descrivono il menu (bistecca e frutti di mare al nostro tavolo, vegetariano disponibile) e l'arredamento; accogliente ma non affollato. Musica classica dal vivo... MA è diventato piuttosto popolare; è necessario prenotare. Aperto dalle 17:00 alle 21:00, da martedì a sabato. E L'intero menu è SENZA GLUTINE!!

This was a wasted trip. They are gluten free, but cannot, will not, make changes to their food to accommodate a dairy allergy. I don't understand why you would pre-bread your chicken with a dairy powder. So many people with gluten allergies have other allergies, you would figure a place that serves one allergy would be able to serve others. We left without eating...

Una delle esperienze di ristorazione più incredibili che ho avuto da molto tempo! Non pensate a questo come a un semplice ristorante senza glutine; è semplicemente dedicato al senza glutine, ma non si fanno compromessi sulla qualità o sul gusto. Alcuni membri della mia famiglia non sapevano che eravamo in un ristorante GF e sono rimasti scioccati quando glielo ho detto. Tutti hanno detto che è stato uno dei migliori pasti che abbiano avuto da molto tempo. Come persona che segue una dieta senza glutine, è stato così bello non essere un pensiero secondario, non avere solo una scelta nel menu o dover accontentarmi di nulla di più che un'insalata. È stato un pasto molto speciale. Tutto era splendidamente impiattato e i dessert erano i più creativi! Siamo solo in visita per una settimana e tutta la famiglia vuole tornare. Fate una prenotazione!

Please make your reservation in advance. I was looking for a gluten-free restaurant to visit with my niece, who has celiac disease, and her dad. We selected Oceans & Earth and were not disappointed. However, our visit could have ended before it began as we learned upon arrival that reservations were required. (I did not see this fact on their website, nor did I see it when I checked just now.) Fortunately for our party, they were able to accommodate us on the patio. Our meal was amazing. We started with the Monster Guacamole and the Ahi Tuna Poke. Both were generous portions, and we had plenty to share. The poke was especially delicious. It had a sweet marinade on it that was particularly perfect. My boys ordered the hamburgers and couldn't even tell the difference with the gluten-free buns. My niece and I shared the fried chicken together. (The picture is what we had left after we each took our portions.) It was such a tender bite, and the breading was light and perfect, not overwhelming like some can be. My niece enjoyed the twice baked potato as well. She said it was like mac & cheese. We also sampled the creme brulee and a selection of macarons. My favorite was the pumpkin spice. The creme brulee was topped lemon verbena and blueberry "caviar" and served in a caviar tin. Such a charming presentation. I wish I had remembered to get a picture of that. A note about noise: They had live music inside, which made it rather noisy. We were thankful to be on the patio, which was much quieter.
