In a red brick building, accessed on the street side, not the water side. Took elevator to rooftop which has nice views. Burger was good, but not jaw-breakingly big like the photos. Chips were very nice. Gluten free bun was like a normal bun. Enjoyed the music. Gift shop is separate - back out the front door & turn left. There is also a Hard Rock gift shop behind the train station, Hamburg Hbf.
